What you need

cup brioche

cup milk

tsp vanilla extract

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp allspice

tsp nutmeg

tsp kosher salt

cup granulated sugar

tbsp powdered sugar
Instructions
21 Preheat your oven to 350F. 22 Place the cubed pieces of brioche onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slide the baking sheet in the preheated oven and toast for 5 minutes before removing from the oven and cooling. 16 Whisk together the milk, eggs, vanilla extract, spices, kosher salt, and granulated sugar until well combined. 18 Place the toasted bread into a greased 9x9 casserole dish. Pour the milk mixture into the casserole dish on top of the bread and mix everything together so the cubes are evenly soaked with the custard. 20 Place the casserole dish into the preheated oven for 25-27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 23 Allow the casserole to cool for 15 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar. Cut into 3x3 inch slices and drizzle caramel sauce or maple syrup on top with a touch of whipped cream and enjoy!View original recipe
