What you need

cup hazelnut

cup ground flaxseed

tsp cinnamon

tsp nutmeg

tsp ground cardamom

tsp salt

cup coconut oil

cup honey

0 Preheat oven to 350°. 1 Mix together all ingredients other than the unsweetened coconut in a large bowl. 5 Spread on a parchment paper or silicone mat and bake for 15-17 minutes making sure to stir every five minutes or so until golden brown. 3 Remove from the oven and let cool. As the granola cools, it will continue to crisp up! Once cooled, stir in your unsweetened coconut flakes until combined. 4 Store in an airtight container for a maximum of two weeks once cooled and enjoy!View original recipe
