0 Simmer sugar, water, cranberries, orange zest, and cinnamon stick until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching. Strain the cranberries, remove from heat, strain the cranberries through a sieve and set aside to cool. (The leftover cranberry simple syrup can be used for happy hour!) 1 Mix Cranberry Goat Cheese with room-temperature cranberry sauce until well combined. Add a touch of chopped rosemary and stir to incorporate. 2 Add cranberry goat cheese to a cracker and garnish as you wish!
