Serves 1610 mins prep12 mins cook
These matcha white chocolate chip cookies are soft, chewy, and perfectly balanced with earthy green tea flavor and creamy white chocolate chunks. As a trained pastry chef, I love incorporating matcha into classic treats like cookies—it's an unexpected twist that feels both comforting and sophisticated. Whether you're already a matcha lover or just matcha-curious, these cookies are a delicious (and very photogenic) way to add something new to your baking routine.

Instructions
0 Preheat your oven to 350F. Then, sift together the pastry flour, baking soda, baking powder, matcha powder and salt together in a small bowl and set aside. 1 Cream together the butter and brown sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment for 2 minutes. Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time. 2 Mix in the dry ingredients until just combined and mix in the white chocolate chips. 3 Scoop the cookie dough with a large cookie scoop (3 tablespoons) into balls. 4 Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cookie is golden brown on the edges. Remove the cookies from the oven and use the edges of a large cookie cutter to scoot and round out the cookies into a perfect circle if desired. After two minutes, transfer to a wire rack, before cooling and enjoying!View original recipe
