0 Sift the matcha into a bowl or cup to remove clumps. 1 Add warm water (not boiling!) and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother. 2 Fill a glass with ice and pour in the soda water. 3 Slowly pour the whisked matcha over the top and watch it swirl beautifully!
