0 Lay the lavash bread on a flat surface and add a scoop of hummus in the middle. Spread it out to the edges. 1 Add the filling of your choice! Lay the lettuce, turkey, goats cheese, avocado, and tomatoes! Finish with the microgreens or sprouts. 2 Roll it up and enjoy.
