What you need

cup oats

cup pumpkin seeds

cup slivered almonds

cup sunflower seed

cup avocado oil

cup honey

tsp salt

cup dried apricot
Instructions
0 Preheat Oven to 350° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper - then set aside. 2 Add oats, pumpkin seeds, sliced almonds, coconut flakes and sunflower seeds into a bowl and mix well. 9 Add orange zest, avocado oil, orange blossom water, honey and salt on top of the dry ingredients and mix using a spatula until everything is well coated. 6 Spread mixture evenly onto a large baking sheet and place in the preheated oven. Bake for 25-30 minutes, mixing every 10 minutes to ensure that the granola is evenly browning. 8 Allow granola to cool completely before mixing in the chopped apricots and storing in an airtight container!View original recipe
